I'm Boris Dipner - Software Engineer and Tech Lead based in Almaty, helping startups and product teams ship reliable, scalable products from idea to launch.

Over 8+ years I've shipped software end-to-end across FinTech, AI and consumer products - from secure payment flows and banking apps to computer-vision platforms and real-time tracking systems. I rebuild legacy codebases into clean architecture, put CI/CD in place that turns release weeks into minutes, and lead teams through the messy parts.
